This is North Korean style cold noodles with white kimchi soup.

1.Separate noodles and put them in 800ml of boiling water, stir gently and boil for about 100 seconds
2.Rinse the noodles in cold water until the stickiness is gone. Drain completely and place them in a bowl
3.Enjoy with slightly frozen dongchimi stock
